WHO CAN ATTEND

KALLIDA Festival is a strictly aged 18+ only event. No animals allowed on site.

We want to make our festival accessible and inclusive to all. If you have any special requirements please email info@kallida.co.uk and we will do our best to make your time at the festival as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. Registered carers will be admitted free of charge. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available inside the venue.

 

OPENING & CLOSING TIMES

The site will open to the public at 12:00 on Friday 28th July. Attendees will need to be off site by 12:00 on Sunday 30th July.

 

TRAVEL

Train – The nearest train station is Hereford which is roughly 22 miles from the festival site.

Direct trains run to Hereford daily from Birmingham New Street Station, with a journey time of 1 ½ hours. There is a regular service from Manchester to Hereford (journey time 2 hours 10 minutes) and direct trains from London Paddington (journey time about 3 hours).

Shuttle Bus – A shuttle bus service will be running from Hereford station to the festival site. The journey time is approximately 30minutes. Payment in cash will be accepted for those wishing to travel by bus. This service will run on Friday 11:00 – 21:00, Saturday Early afternoon and on Sunday Morning. Advance bookings cannot be made.

Car – If you are coming to the festival by car, please arrange car shares where possible. If you have spaces in your vehicle please use our info facebook group to fill extra spaces if possible.

Parking – The car park is situated adjacent to the camping grounds.

Coach – National Express coaches run nationwide services. You can, for example, travel from London Victoria and Birmingham to Hereford.

Air – The nearest major international airports are Birmingham, Cardiff and Bristol with scheduled flights to and from America and many European hubs.

Receiving your ticket – Upon completion of purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can also login to your account and retrieve tickets on the partyforthepeople website.

To gain entry to an event you will need to show a booking confirmation. If you have a smartphone, we recommend that you show the ticket on your screen.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotels – There are four different bands of rooms that you can book at Baskerville Hall – Luxury, Semi Luxury, Standard, and Dormitory rooms. More info and pictures of the rooms can be found on the accommodation page here.

Once you arrive you will receive your festival wristband, and be directed towards the Hotel reception to check-in.

Camping – Camping is free and included in your festival ticket. There will be ample space to spread out, water pumps are located across the campsite.

Live in vehicles – Campervans and Caravans are welcome on site at no extra cost and will be based next to the camping area.

 

INSTILLATIONS, ART DEPARTMENT & IDEAS

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

Alcohol will be available to purchase from numerous bars on site.

Alcohol cannot be brought into the festival arena due to the licensing agreement.

Drugs are forbidden at KALLIDA Festival  if caught with possession of drugs you will be asked to leave the festival site.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibited on site:

Illegal Substances | Offensive weapons | Spray paint or graffiti pens | Portable Laser Equipment | Unauthorised Professional Film equipment | Megaphones | Air Hornes | Audio recorders | Flares |Glass |Nitrous Oxide and Dispensers | Chinese or Sky Lanterns |Fireworks | Animals | Soundsystems | 

Fire pits are not permitted for campers.  The use of disposable BBQ trays are permitted as long as they are off the ground.
